Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

The Broker — What It Is

Tab Trade launched in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the founder has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. No minimum deposit. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

This is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform run a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. This does not guarantee anything. It does inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you deposit.
